The Service was great. Ethan was professional, courteous, informative, and very focused on getting the job done. He was able to complete the job in a fraction of the time, had I chosen to DIY the job myself. Knowing the intricacies of replacing the springs, tension, etc, etc, and the dangers involved. Broke a spring and belt. They replaced both and greased everything, now it runs smoother and quieter than when it was new.

The repair tech, Ethan, showed up as expected and was really great to work with. He identified my problems quickly and did the repairs in the time he said it would take. I really appreciated not being charged a fee just to show up!!! Garage door parts aren’t cheap but I don’t feel like I was overcharged. Bonus, they’re a BA company and I was happy to give them my business and will in the future!
