Same day service; called in the morning and the sales rep was here with 4 hours! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He completed adding two outside key pads within 10 minutes. He also applied, without me asking, a lubricant to the hinges, garage door rollers, and the overhead springs. At 8:30 a.m., I managed to back into my partially opened garage door, which faces south and takes the brunt of the great Oklahoma wind. I called the first company that Google pulled up and thank heavens it was Precision! They immediately booked an appointment and Adam Hatfield arrived at about noon and was done with all that needed repaired as well some a number of issues he found wrong with my opening system by 2 p.m. He replaced the main spring, plus added another since it should have had 2 of them! He replaced broken/cracked wheels and hinges and reinforced the panels because of the wind’s potential to cause damage over time (my request). I am SO impressed with their quick and quality service, thankful for the military discount, and their 7 year warranty for their work. Thank you, thank you!!!
