One of our garage doors stopped functioning. A friend gave me the info for Precision Garage. The technician, Mike, who came out was completely professional and helpful. I was actually not even at the property but he called me on the phone and described all of the issues that were happening due to the previous homeowner’s lack of upkeep. Mike finished the work in about an hour and the door is now functioning properly. I know because he was kind enough to send me a short clip of it working. Precision will always be my first call when I have any garage door issues in the future. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Wasted an entire day waiting on the tech to show up. Well he finally showed up and took his sweet time “looking at my garage door. I wasn’t home at the time so he refused to work on and repair my garage door. I told him only a house sitter was there and that she had full authority to authorize any repair.well he still refused to repair my door. So suffice it to say I WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. He was rude and nasty to my hose sitter whom is my cousin. He really needs to reattend customer satisfaction school, though I doubt he would pass. WHAT A JERK!!!!!
