They analyzed the cause of our problem ( garage door would not close properly) very quickly, discussed the solution at great length until we were completely aware of what they were going to do including the cost and then took care of it in a timely way. I found this company by doing a Google search. Happily, the technician was professional and courteous. He offered multiple options to either fix the opener or replace it. I knew the system was so old that it wasn’t worth patching, so I chose to replace it. I didn’t feel pressured to replace the old system in the least. The new system is quiet and reliable. I just wish I had done it sooner.
